Southern Ohio Brewing plans to offer a wide variety of beers both traditional and modern.  We have several mature recipes including an Irish Red Ale, Milk Stout, Porter, Brown and New England Style IPA.  Our seasonal taps will feature both traditional seasonal beers such as Oktoberfest, Bock and Pumpkin Ale as well as emerging styles such as Brut IPAs and Barrel Aged Beers. 

Southern Ohio Brewing plans to offer wine, mixed drinks, cider and guest taps to appeal to a wide range of tastes.  The guest taps will complement the house taps with items that Southern Ohio does not plan on producing such as sour ales, ciders or gose.  Limited food offerings will be available such as meat and cheese plates, hot dogs, and Brats.
